Anyone looking at this game? Looks interesting, especially the plastic minis.

I'm interested and keep going back and forth between just getting the rule book and going all in....

Oh, in case you didn't know, you can get the "Nickstarter" pre-order deal through Brigade Games too. $177 without add-ons for everything.

I like the look of the game but a couple of things have me on the fence.

One, if I do this it sounds like I need winter terrain, hence the name Frostgrave. Not sure I want or am I ready to build winter terrain.

Two, games come and go and besides the few usual suspects, I don't think many folks will be playing.

Lastly I only have so much game time, so I need to be careful on what I choose to play.

I wish we could get it locally in a store, but I seriously doubt that any store will carry it. So that leaves me on the fence about it.

Found an interesting review of the game http://thegaragegamers.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/frostgrave-fantasy-wargames-in-frozen_25.html

So my gut feeling was right, this is a Mordheim type of game and after reading it sounds interesting.

Great find Tim.

Here's the author's blog with a game recap: http://www.therenaissancetroll.blogspot ... chive.html

I think I may delay expanding on my SAGA forces for a while (I do already have 3 forces) and instead commit to this...

I ordered from Brigade games I got the book and the dog handler. I think I can cobble up a warband with the fantasy figures I have. I am way interested. Never got into Mordhiem so I dont have a frame of reference.

OK so I jumped in and picked up the Level 3 Wizard. This will give me the rules, one wizard pack, box of troops and all the unlock features. To me it was the best deal they are offering without just buying everything. Now we wait......................

I ordered the Level 5 through Brigade. I look forward to getting this.
