So,

Does anyone here have any thoughts on Muskets and Tomahawks or Jugula by Gripping Beast?

I am interested in what you think of both games and if anyone is interested in playing? So sound off and let me know what you think of the games.

Thanks.

Tim,

I haven't looked into Jugula, but I have read several reviews of Muskets & Tomahawks and it is definitely a game that I would consider playing. I haven't played and I don't have the rules yet.

Hello Tim,

I just bought a great amount of Old Glory 25mm line for French and Indian Wars. I intend on starting to put paint to miniature in May. Muskets and Tomahawks does look like it has potential. Did you try this game? And if so, what did you think of it? I have not settled on rules yet, and if M&T does not measure up, I was thinking Sharps Practice 2nd edition might be the one.

Bill,

I have only played it once and I thought it was a very good game. It does require lots of terrain though as the spotting mechanics add lots of depth to the games. I want to get it back onto the table again, just don't have time to get it into the rotation of games.

Hello Tim,

An update on my progress on my mountain of F&IW lead. I have painted 196 Woodland Indians and I am on the verge of starting to paint British. I started with the Woodland Indians because I got many of them without muskets so they can be used for Skraelings in SAGA.

Later,
Bill

Brigade Games is the only place of the online retailers I use that I see them at.

Hey all! I'd be up to try it if others were willing to play. I've been eyeing it for a couple of years. I just haven't bought in because I haven't run into anyone interested in it. I've pitched it few times to some gaming buds to no avail. I heard a very favorable review on it on The Meeples and Miniatures podcast some time ago.
