I bought the German army as well. Now I just need to get motivated to paint it. This will probably be my winter project.

Winter? You mean September, right? :)

Wound up getting a Brit set, too and they're they wound up first in painting.
Finishing up the infantry this week and all I have left is the Mark IV tanks.

Yeah Winter starts last week in December and ends in mid January. I still remember that January when we hit the 80's maybe 90 during the day. Oddly enough that also proved to be one of our mildest summers I can remember also.

Battlefront just released a free Firestorm campaign for WW1.
It covers all the stuff you can get in the boxed armies they recently started selling.

My Brits are nearly done and I'm waiting on the new trenchline to show up.
Be cool to try and play through this once folks get their forces.

The campaign looks pretty fun. The author of this one and a bunch of the other FS campaigns is very active on the Facebook group. He is a very cool guy and knows a lot about the game. His research for the campaigns is very good. I would be interested in trying this out but I need to paint an army first.
